Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address and the answers you give in the registry questionnaire (event type, style preferences, household details, budget, etc.). We also store the registries and items you create.

Your questionnaire answers are sent to OpenAI to generate product recommendations. We retain them so you can edit your registry later. We use your email to authenticate your account and to contact you about your registries.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use Firebase Authentication, which stores a session cookie to keep you signed in. If Google Analytics is configured for the site, it sets first-party cookies for aggregate traffic measurement; you can opt out by enabling browser tracking protection or installing a browser extension.

We share data with:

• Google Firebase — authentication and storage of your account and registries.
• OpenAI — your questionnaire answers are used to generate recommendations. OpenAI's API terms apply.
• Retailer affiliate programs — when you click a product link, you leave Reggie and visit the retailer's site (Walmart, Target, Amazon, and others as we add them). The retailer receives a referral identifier so they can attribute the click to Reggie. We don't share your name, email, or questionnaire answers with the retailer.
• Impact.com — Target's affiliate program is operated through the Impact platform; Impact receives the same click-tracking identifiers described above.

Outbound product links route through a redirect URL on Reggie that records the click (which item, which registry, what time) before forwarding you to the retailer. We use this to understand which recommendations are useful, to improve the AI engine, and to attribute commissions to the correct registry. We don't store your IP address or full user-agent string in click logs — we hash them so the data is anonymized.

You can delete a registry at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, email us at hello@reggielist.com and we'll remove your data within 30 days.
