By creating an account or using Reggie ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Don't use Reggie to harass others, infringe copyrights, distribute malware, or post content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Product recommendations are generated by AI from your questionnaire answers. They're suggestions, not endorsements. You're the final judge of what goes in your registry.

Reggie is not a retailer. We don't sell, ship, fulfill, or process payment for any products. Items shown on Reggie are real products available at third-party retailers (Walmart, Target, Amazon, and others as we add them). When you click a product link, you leave Reggie and complete your purchase directly with that retailer under their pricing, shipping, returns, customer service, and warranty terms.

Many product links are affiliate links — Reggie may earn a commission when a purchase is completed at the retailer's site, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details. Reggie isn't a party to your purchase, can't resolve disputes with the retailer, and isn't responsible for retailer outages, price changes, or stock changes.

The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that recommendations will be perfect, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that product information (price, availability) is always current. Always confirm details on the merchant's site before purchase.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Reggie isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
